Nesta Consulting Engineers have been employed by Guarda Landscape Architects to support them with Civil and Structural Engineering advice as they consider possible options that expand the public realm opportunities of the Libration Square at St Helier in Jersey.
Liberation Square has great significance to the people of Jersey, which has historical significance to the final stages of the Second World War and the Liberation of the Island from war time occupation.
